Requirements

• Understanding of recruitment process management experience.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong influencing and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of web and mobile technologies for technical recruitment.
• Excellent prioritization and organizational abilities.
• Proactive, with a problem-solving mindset and result orientation.
• High energy levels and engaging personality with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment processes for technical and non-technical positions, including understanding business needs, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Engage with candidates through multiple channels to attract and hire future colleagues.
• Prepare and expand the candidate database.
• Maintain up-to-date information in our recruitment tools and generate hiring reports.
• Collaborate with HR, Business Development, and Delivery Departments to develop sourcing strategies.
